Who is Eagle?
Executive Summary
Ecology.
What do you do about it? Most of the current technologies in the market
describe how they are going to dispose of the waste material, including the
material generated by the removal process, to improve the planets ecology. Our
solution is “Why not reduce the total quantity in the beginning?”
By reducing the quantity of the clean up process solutions, chemicals or
materials, the total waste material is greatly reduced. For example, our
CryoYcix™ equipment using liquid nitrogen, can remove a paint coating on most
any surface with only the paint to haul away. There is NO additional waste
stream.
Eagle Environmental Technologies, Ltd. is a U.S. public
corporation (Former trading
symbol "EGVR"). By entering the oil and gas industry, Eagle has the
opportunity to develop its technologies from “Within” the
industry instead of from the outside.
The management has many years of experience of guiding
new businesses. The addition of engineering personnel to the team allows the
company to pursue more technical niches not previously available. Our CryoYcix targeted customers are the
petroleum industries with further demonstrations arranged for the food industry
and others as we develop the end effectors (nozzles) for each industry or
application.
HISTORY
Eagle was formed in June 1990. In 1991 it merged with a public entity,
Cholla Precious Metals Inc. with Eagle Environmental Tech. being the surviving
company. After reworking the prospectus, the company re-entered the public
trading market in August 1994, on the OTCBB exchange.
Acquired technologies and assets:
- Oil and Gas properties: These are previously developed
properties that are being reconditioned to become operational again
with new technologies
- CryoYcix™: Cryogenic process using high pressure
nitrogen stream
- ZawMET™: Uses the CryoYcix process with additional
equipment to process petroleum refining catalyst for reuse.
- CycloMill™: Exclusive milling process available
through our partner, EDC Engineering Inc.
The concept of the company is to set up mobile processing plants to attack
the waste streams at their source. This has never been done by any competition.
Almost all systems require a large depository area so the equipment set
up can be operated effectively or cheaply. Our concept was to reduce the
transport liability to the producing company and treat the problem on
their site, which is usually already permitted and which reduces all of
the costs and the chances of transport spills or disasters. Most of our
current equipment design is still based on the mobile concept. In the
oil fields, most of the waste material is left at the drilling site, such
as drilling muds/compounds. With our technology processes, we are able to do much
of the reprocessing of the mud at the site and clean up the equipment
as needed without the expensive transport costs.
Our
Mission
Preserve our resources with Environmental Technologies
STRATEGY
The equipment that generates the MOST inquiries
is the CryoYcix or ZawMET. This equipment is extremely high tech, possesses the
best image in the mind of the customer and gives us an exclusive edge in so
many fields. The many uses in the oil fields and refineries will increase our
image dramatically. There is NOTHING to match it in the world today. This
equipment can be used in almost any field currently being serviced by a
waterjet technology. Working from within the industries, gives Eagle the
prospective and credibility needed to market the environmental equipment.
Current Condition:
Eagle
Environmental Tech. is a publicly held company pending trading on the OTC
exchange. Real future growth for Eagle is dependent on continued production of
its current oil and gas properties, future planned acquisitions of oil and gas
properties, and quantity production of the larger equipment, the CryoYcix and
ZawMET units.
MARKET NICHE:
To achieve the objectives of the
company, Eagle is currently focusing on the following strategies and its main
technologies.
The current production in the oil
and gas properties is only a small proportion of the total potential. With
additional capital investment per well, each well can be brought on line. The
market for the gas and the oil is not expected to plummet so the future revenue
stream should stay steady with increases based on the number of wells put into
production each year.
The technologies will be augmented
by the funds available that can be put toward the development of the equipment:
1)
CryoYcix Cryogenic Technology,
cleaning up oil pipe and equipment
2)
ZawMET Cryogenic processes to clean up oil refining
catalysts
3)
CycloMill A unique milling process that
allows the recycling of used drilling muds held in the oil fields
Each of these technologies is
further outlined in the Executive Summaries of the technologies.
TECHNOLOGY COMPETITION
Technically speaking, there is NO competition with the CryoYcix equipment.
Only Water Jet equipment is close in its use, but with major differences
in the clean up category. All water jet uses, except the cutting of some
metals, can be done cheaper by CryoYcix. The CryoYcix equipment costs more
initially, but the overall operations expense is much lower and the clean
up after, is a plus for the user. An example of the non-competition is
in the aircraft industry, where only chemical cleaners are allowed on
aircraft skins as water jets cut the metal. CryoYcix has been RECOGNIZED
as the only other APPROVED method as it does not damage the skin and can
clean out rivet depressions for inspections.
OIL LEASE SUMMARY
All oil reports are compiled by
Registered Professional Engineers in the petroleum field. The reports are
considered by the company auditors as valid and true reports on the values of
the properties prior to Eagle obtaining them. The accompanying reports
generally contain the estimate of the proved producing reserves and future net
revenue projections and values of the properties. Each report is prepared using
current economic considerations and non-escalated oil prices and associated
costs and described herein. For example, the Siler Field shows an amount of
12,000,000 barrels in reserves. Currently oil is at $70 or more per barrel and
gas is at $6 or more per MCF which puts us with extensive reserves for many
years of operations.
The current fields and wells in ownership, either full or
part, by Eagle are:
Siler Wells: 183 total
140 Producers
13 Temporarily
Inoperative
30 Injection/Disposal
Leases: 1
Reserves:
12 million barrels
FINANCIAL
FORECASTS
NOTE (See
financial statements on the web page)
FINANCIAL
ASSUMPTIONS:
The attached
forecasts are based on the following assumptions:
- Oil remains at a price of $50 or more per barrel
- Oil wells continue to be productive with current
technology
- CryoYcix units perform as expected with durability as
required
- Critical parts on the CryoYcix are readily available,
i.e. gaskets
- Specifications on water quality do not change
radically for membrane units
- Copy units similar to the CryoYcix do not entire the
market for about 3 years
