Dear Shareholder,

Enclosed is your notice of the upcoming shareholder meeting and your ballot or proxy if you are unable to attend. If you are mailing in your ballot, be sure it arrives before June 1, 2003 so it may be counted.

The company has moved its Corporate offices in Reno to its original location at 50 W. Liberty, Suite 880, Reno, NV 89501. We are planning to open a new office in Reno later in 2003. Details of any move will be sent to all shareholders when the event happens. For now, sales and the warehousing facilities are being operated out of the California location at 1219 Main St., Angels Camp, CA 95222. This year’s meeting will be on June 18, 2003, at 9:00 AM at John Ascuaga’s Nugget Hotel and Casino, 1100 Nugget Avenue, Sparks, 800-648-1177. I am not sure which meeting room will be designated, so you would have to check the meeting board at the hotel. Plan now to attend. We hope you come to the meeting as we will be discussing the previous year's events, and where the company plans to go this year. It is also a chance for you to meet the management of the company and present any ideas directly to them. Also be sure to check our web page for current events at www.egvr.com. We have had several boosts to our ZawCAD program and we hope to have some very special announcements ready for the meeting.
