RE: 2001 Shareholders Meeting Summary

Dear Shareholder,

The 2001 Meeting was a good success. We had a good exchange of ideas among the parties, and several shareholders helped with new ideas for marketing our equipment and getting the news out on the various events that effect the company.

The meeting elected the new directors: Brian D. Wilmot, Judith A. Wilmot, James Frye, and Richard LaMantain. The Company was pleased with the addition of the new directors and foresees a bright future with their help. During the course of the meeting the CEO presented the audited financials and the first quarter updates. These have also been posted or the new ones are soon to be posted, on the Company's web page at: www.egvr.com. The Company information is kept current at that location for all parties to see.

The CEO discussed the relationship with our manufacturer, Osmonics, for the water units that are just now beginning to make some sales headway. Units have been sold to California schools, homes and most recently, to a new power plant being constructed in the Sparks, NV area. We also have bids out to agricultural customers, commodity suppliers and even the St. Louis, MO airport facility. The Company expects to have many additional sales in the third and fourth quarter of this year. The Company also has some recent inquiries on its Plasma systems, and our engineering partners, EDC Engineering Inc. is handling the presentations of that technology to the potential customer.

The CEO discussed the lawsuit presented by the former owner of Zawtech International, (the ZawCAD technology) Carl Dunn and discussed the status, conditions and outcome of that event. Even though a default judgment, filed in Virginia, was rendered in the case against Eagle, it is under appeal and the attorneys for the Company expect to have the default reversed. We are trying to get the case put back on the contractual terms, which puts it back in Nevada for arbitration to settle. This case is on going and we hope to have a resolution soon. This suit has no effect on the ownership of the technology, ZawCAD, as the plaintiffs have not pursued that issue, only a cash claim is being made.

As of June 13, the stock exchange being shown for the Eagle stock is now NASDAQ SC. This is a change from OTC. We think this new designation will be a major plus for us this year. We have been a reporting company since last September, but we are still in the comment period. Until all comments are settled, we will have some issues on stock sales that will be slow in rectifying. We expect to be completed with all of this soon. I have no definite time line at this time, but information will be sent out to the web page and the news page when the information becomes available.

The CEO concluded the meeting. We look forward to seeing you all next year.

Regards to all,

Brian D. Wilmot, CEO
