Eagle Environmental Technologies Ltd, Reno, NV, (symbol EGVR, OTC Exchange, www.egvr.com), Brian D. Wilmot, CEO, announced on October 16, 2002 the securing of the final Settlement Agreement with Dunn Industrial. The suit involved the status of the ZawCAD equipment and payments due Mr. Dunn. Eagle has obtained the full agreement with Carl Dunn on mutually beneficial terms and conditions. "We are pleased with the final agreement", said CEO Wilmot, "as it removes a disconcerting liability from the company and allows us to move forward aggressively on the marketing of the ZawCAD equipment. Mr. Dunn will, and has already, assisted Eagle in adding additional customer leads for future sales."

Each unit, with related equipment and specialty use equipment, costs approximately $800,000. On a normal basis, it takes up to 4 weeks to construct one machine. Our associates in Albuquerque, NM will be constructing each unit under the supervision of our chief engineer, Jim Frye of EDC Engineering Inc.
