Eagle Changes the Board of Directors

 

Eagle Environmental Technologies Ltd, Sparks, NV, (symbol EGVR, OTC Exchange, www.egvr.com), Brian D. Wilmot, CEO, announced the addition of James Frye, P.E., Mechanical Engineering, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Frye will replace Gerald A. Wilmot who has resigned to pursue other interests. Brian Wilmot, stated, “This addition of Jim is a real bonus for the company. Jim is highly trained in several of the high technology systems we have made and others we have been considering. He has experience with the ZawCAD cryogenic technology and how to make the technology go from early design and development to the industrial utility unit. He will provide us the assistance necessary to begin the manufacturing phase of the cryogenic technology. I believe his qualifications speak for themselves.”

 

Jim's experience covers 41 years. His numerous corporate affiliation include: EDC Engineering, 1970 to present; Kerr-McGee, Nuclear Division 1968 to 1970; Cabot Corporation 1965 to 1968; Halliburton Services, Inc., 1954 to 1965. Mr. Frye is currently providing Kvaerner Engineering of Norway with senior level engineering/ planning services for a thermal carbon/hydrogen plant to be constructed in Belgium. From 1992 to 1995, he was instrumental in developing the "PERC" induction coupled plasma process for thermal destruction of military energetics. He was responsible for development of the "IGOR" tele-robotic system for remote inspection, cleaning, maintenance and repair of contaminated tanks, vessels and refractory lined furnaces for installation at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). Since 1988, Mr. Frye has served as Executive Mechanical Consultant to LANL's Waste Management Division. He engineered an electric infra-red conveyor-type incinerator facility for the (DOE) and has provided design for hot cell manufacturing of nuclear fuel elements for space station reactors. He has headed international projects in Taiwan, Egypt, and Korea. Mr. Frye has served as Technical Consultant to the governments of Romania, Taiwan, Nigeria and Bangladesh and to private firms in Canada, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, India and Singapore.
